The chocolate bar for me is as instinctual, casual and necessary as putting on my favorite pair of blue jeans. Something I can eat anytime, anywhere. On any given day I may have an Amano Occumare chocolate bar in my purse , an organic Vosges Peanut Butter Bar in my car and 100% Pralus in my Pantry to accompany popcorn on movie night. These bars are not necessarily to be savored but devoured!
The creation of the chocolate bar however is something that takes time - finding the perfect chocolate and then marrying it with the perfect garnish takes experimentation, a clean palette and a serious craving for chocolate.
