Shipping Policy

Chocolate can be very temperature sensitive and require extreme care. We will go to all measures to make sure your chocolate arrives perfect. When shipping in warm weather months (June – October) or at any other time of year temperatures exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit we require 2 day or next day air and will use insulating and cooling materials to protect your order along it’s journey. Ground shipping to most parts of Northern California arrives next day. Shipping ground to most parts of Southern California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah arrive 2 day. However, we cannot guarantee shipments sent via ground in warm weather.

{ Cocoa } is not responsible for packages damaged, or stolen after they have been delivered to the specified address. { Cocoa } is also not responsible for melted or damaged goods after the first delivery attempt.

Please verify your address in order to avoid your package going to the wrong place.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for ground shipping but it could take up to 5 business days.

We try to have all orders processed within 24 hours of being placed. If something needs to be sent urgently please contact us at 415.305.8421 and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.

Please note orders are never shipped on weekends or holidays and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Chocolate is perishable therefore we do not accept returns. We do however want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If you have any concerns or comments please contact us.
